DARK NIGHTS-1
It’s a dark night,
But because I too, am a dark knight,
I’m here, robed in my cloak of insomnia,
Always awake all night,
The only time when I truly come alive,
Looks like the peace comes,
With the disappearance of light,
And while everyone is deep in their sleep,
Probably fantasizing in their dreams,
My day just begins,
Heck, do I love the peace,
That comes with it,
When everyone else is buried deep,
Into their sleep,
Heck, do I love the peace,
The serenity,
That comes with the midnight breeze,
After a whole day of overthinking,
I can finally be productive,
The sounds of insects chirping,
And trees clapping,
Little creatures trying to get something,
To eat,
I see the rats, running into hiding,
I really do love dark night,
Maybe because its in sync,
With my dark mind,
Or rather because of my blank mind,
There’s nothingness embodiment in dark nights,
I’m here,
Trying to put myself in a high mood,
Because the lows can get really cold,
All I fell numbness all day,
I and the might probably have like minds,
I mean, we just want to exist,
Without people giving us labels,
That doesn’t even label us in the first place.
